The Homeschool Music curriculum offers a comprehensive music curriculum for grades K-6. Classes provide an interactive and complete approach to general musical studies. .All classes include: composer studies, music theory, note reading, composition, introduction to piano, percussion, and ukulele, guest artists, featured projects and more! Each semester, students will enjoy a different instrumental component and participate in a group project as they learn the fundamentals of music. The program reflects the Standards of Learning (SOL) for Virginia Public Schools

The Music Loft offers exciting performance opportunities with our ensemble programs. Ensembles are great for students who appreciate a challenge or are looking to broaden their musical knowledge. Ensembles are also a perfect way to keep your student playing if they have to take a gap in school because of academic requirements. Adults who want to brush off their instrument from years past can join our adult string quartet! Ensembles build relationships, musicality and it is a great way to meet people who share similar interests. From Rock Bands, strings, woodwind, and adult ensembles, there is something for almost everyone!

Practicing by yourself can be a very daunting task. We make practicing easy and effective with our proctored practice program. Schedule a 15 minute zoom call with one of our teachers. The teacher will help them with problem areas, offer corrections and make the most of their practice time! This is affordable so every student can benefit with these mini tutoring sessions.
